Ready for NIS-2? What companies can do now

Since the NIS 2 Directive came into force in January 2023, the EU member states have been required to transpose it into national law. In Germany, this is taking place with the NIS2 Implementation and Cyber Security Strengthening Act (NIS2UmsuCG), which will affect an estimated 30,000 companies. The transposition deadline for the directive is October 17, 2024. For German companies, this means that from October 18 Mandatory application. Time is of the essence.
