Summer, sun, beach and the highest density of Hawaiian shirts outside of Honolulu: At the WEKA summer night party at Roberto Beach in Aschheim, the electronics and ITC industry celebrated a lively party with South Sea flair under the motto “Aloha WEKA”.

Pop legend Paul Kuhn was certain: “There is no beer in Hawaii – and only the hulahula will not quench your thirst.” Well, none of the numerous guests at WEKA Fachmedien’s traditional summer night party on June 29 went home thirsty. But they left with fond memories of a balmy summer evening with sand under their feet, flower garlands around their necks and – let’s be neutral – extremely colorful outerwear.
