There is rarely a shortage of crises – but as long as it is not a vacuum, many challenges can be met with the necessary resilience. And Matthias Spörrle and Matthäus Hose explained at the ITK MEDIA SUMMIT 2022 why stress can also bring good things.

The sun goes out or a vacuum collapse begins – admittedly, there are of course only limited ways of reacting to such catastrophes of gigantic proportions. However, there are proven coping tools for many everyday crises, which are primarily based on the right attitude and the necessary resilience. And to achieve this, it pays not to avoid every stressor that arises and not to let bad news get you down immediately.

How can this be achieved? The speaker duo Professor Dr. Matthias Spörrle from the private university Schloss Seeburg and Matthäus Hose, Divisional Managing Director of WEKA BUSINESS COMMUNICATION, explained this in their usual witty and informative manner at the ITK MEDIA SUMMIT 2022 on September 15. And numerous listeners from the entire ICT and electronics industry accepted the invitation to Haar near Munich and, after successfully overcoming the crisis and disaster together, naturally did not miss the opportunity to clink glasses at the subsequent Oktoberfest warm-up.
