The Zephyr real-time embedded operating system is becoming increasingly popular, and not just because of its broad hardware support. The free open source RTOS Zephyr is particularly suitable for applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) due to its very low memory requirements and offers a complete embedded development platform.

No wonder many embedded system developers are thinking about using Zephyr . They ask themselves:

-Is Zephyr suitable for my project?
-Is my hardware supported?
-Are the real-time parameters sufficient for my application?
-Are there drivers for the required peripheral units?
-What about safety and security requirements?

The Zephyr Developer Forum, organized and hosted by the specialist medium electronics on October 13 (training) and 14, 2025 in Munich, is intended to answer these questions and provide a platform for discussing current aspects of Zephyr.

In addition to software and system developers, the event is also aimed at project managers who are interested in economic aspects such as the long-term reduction in development and testing costs or the simplified scalability of the end product.
