AI-supported medical devices, robotic surgery or predictive medicine via app – the future of medical technology is based on high-performance connectivity. Medical cables, connectors and functionally safe wireless connections and embedded systems form the backbone of digital medtech networking and IoMT. However, medical connection technology poses a particular challenge for hardware and software developers and medical device engineers: connectivity is usually not the core of the systems, but is essential for functionality and MDR/FDA certification.
